Sanlu Hotel - Serrano

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The beautiful bathroom was well-lit and the towels were soft. We loved the mini bar and the breakfast was delicious, with great coffee and a variety of local products to try. The hotel staff were sweet and helpful, available at all times of the day and night. The location of the hotel was also perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, with many charming villages and towns nearby, as well as the fine coastline.

Great Staff and Andrea was such a wonderful guide. Would definitely recommend this hotel for all people visiting the Lecce area.

Only improvement I can suggest is to add some variety to the breakfast and especially some different bread choices.

Excellent staff and bedroom design

The hotel was located in a region with many attractions, which made it easy to go out and do some sightseeing. the hotel was well-priced and offered free underground parking, which was very convenient. the rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities you need for a short stay.

The hotel was poorly staffed, which made it difficult to get the service we needed. Our room was not cleaned properly, and they did not replenish the toiletries.

We liked everything about this hotel. Great staff, great design, excellent price. Good location for visiting the entire area. Special thanks to Jordan for advices on things to see.

The modern rooms plus good breakfast

The Sanlu Hotel Serrano is a hidden gem offering excellent value for money. With rates as low as 49 EUR for a double room, it's hard to beat. The modern and clean rooms, complete with Wi-Fi connection and AC, ensure a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, is the splendid breakfast served. The hotel takes pride in showcasing local products, offering a variety of delicacies such as homemade tarts, pasticciotti, and friselli - a unique bread that you have to soak in water before garnishing with tomatoes and olive oil. This truly sets the hotel apart and provides a great start to your day. Additionally, the hotel's location amidst rural areas with olive-tree plantations is idyllic, with a multitude of restaurants nearby for an authentic dining experience.

Excellent hotel and staff. Stayed for second time. Suitable for sleeping over before crossing to Greece from Bridisi. Amazing the booklet for Salento distributed for free, lots of useful info.

Just everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free parking garage, free wi-fi and free bicycles. Nice breakfast up to 12:00 so one can take a morning sunbath at a nearby beach before breakfast to build up an appetite.

You need to renew your wi-fi account (however free) at the reception every 8 hours for some reason :)

Amazing hotel in a breathtaking location! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and had comfortable bedding. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good variety of options such as fruits and local pastries. The underground private parking was a huge bonus and the surrounding scenery was beautiful! The hotel is also well situated, only a short drive away from the beaches and local attractions. an unforgettable experience!

The location of the hotel was a bit challenging to find, but with a reliable GPS, it's easy to navigate. , although the room was spacious and very comfortable, I wished for a bit more natural lighting in the room.

Located in a rural area surrounded by picturesque olive, tree plantations, Sanlu Hotel Serrano offers a tranquil atmosphere. With numerous restaurants nearby, guests have a range of dining options. the rooms are spacious and well, designed, with modern and bright bathrooms. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the substantial buffet, style breakfast includes local specialties. the hotel also offers secure underground parking and a common space for socializing.

One drawback is the lack of additional storage space in the bedrooms.

Great location if you have a car (quite and close to the seaside), free parking, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent design, clean rooms, clean and new bathroom, good breakfast, a few very good restaurants and pizzerias within a couple km for dinner. Highly recommended.
